Get up close to the highest levels of culinary craftsmanship. The Chef’s Table at Marcus is a gastronomic delight with a dash of theatre, for up to 10 guests.
A la carte menu
Enjoy one, two or three contemporary dishes on the contemporary a la carte menu. Reflective of the seasons, they celebrate the finest British ingredients and an exceptional culinary approach.
Taste menu
The seasonal Taste menu offers the flexibility of five or seven courses and allows you to experience favourite seasonal dishes, hand-picked by Head Chef Craig Johnston.
